Hyderabad, May 27 -- The Meteorological Centre announced on Tuesday that conditions are favourable for the further advance of the Southwest (WE) Monsoon into several regions over the next 2-3 days.
These include the remaining parts of the central Arabian Sea, some more areas of Maharashtra, the rest of Karnataka, additional parts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, some areas of Chhattisgarh and Odisha, most parts of west-central Bay of Bengal, more parts of the North Bay of Bengal, the remaining northeastern states, and parts of West Bengal and Sikkim.
Under the influence of the advancing monsoon, heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in the Telangana districts of Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Ni...
