Mandi, March 9 -- Expressing serious concern over the rising drug addiction among youth and increasing deaths suspected to be linked with drug overdose in the state, the Himachal Gyan Vigyan Samiti, Balh, District Mandi, has demanded a strong and comprehensive law to tackle the growing drug menace in the state.
A delegation of the Samiti, led by its President Narendra Jamwal, submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh through the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Civil), Balh, on Monday.
