Mumbai, Oct. 17 -- The Relief and Rehabilitation Minister Makarand Jadhav Patil announced that Rs 1356 crore 30 lakh 22 thousand has been approved for affected crops of 21 lakh 66 thousand 198 farmers across seven districts impacted by heavy rains and floods in September 2025. A government decision has been officially issued regarding this financial package.
The district-wise allocation includes Rs 6 crore 29 lakh 3 thousand for 11 thousand 113 farmers in Satara district, covering 4 thousand 219.28 hectares of affected crops. Kolhapur district will receive Rs 3 crore 18 lakh for 5 thousand 860 farmers across 1 thousand 696.36 hectares.
