Dimapur, April 8 -- The Nagaland Governor today constituted an eight-member state high-level committee (SHLC) for the Chief Minister's Technology Hub (CM Hub) to serve as a high-level platform with Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio as its chairman.

It has been tasked to drive adoption and innovation in information technology, electronics and new age niche technologies in the state.

The SHLC will serve as the policy apex and strategic oversight body and formulate and recommend policies related to IT and emerging technologiesIt will identify, prioritise and conceptualise niche technology projects and initiatives and source and pursue funding from Government of India schemes, grants and other external sources.
