New Delhi, Nov. 22 -- Delhi's Social Welfare Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh on Saturday urged people to inform the department in case any needy senior citizen in their home or neighborhood requires assistive devices due to age-related issues, or any physical condition.
He said Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has directed that every senior citizen should receive full benefit of all state government schemes, adding that the government is committed to ensuring convenience and safety of senior citizens.
Indraj Singh said camps are being held on a regular basis to provide high-quality assistive devices.
