Rohtak, April 22 -- Three-term Congress MP Deepender Singh Hooda filed his nomination for his fourth term before the Deputy Commissioner Rohtak, here on Monday and joined the electoral fray to win his fourth consecutive election from the seat.
Deepender started his day with a traditional Havan at his residence in Rohtak and he prayed for peace, harmony and prosperity in the area.
He then moved directly to the DC office, where he filed his nomination papers from the constituency.
Speaking a to a massive crowd after filing his nomination, Deepender said his commitment to the welfare and prosperity of the people of Rohtak and Haryana was his religion and his dreams for the development of the area is his caste.
