Hyderabad, Sept. 7 -- The Ganesh immersion celebrations in Cyberabad concluded peacefully this year, with meticulous arrangements and coordinated efforts by the Cyberabad Police and various government departments.

The 10-day festival, held from August 27 to September 6, was marked by smooth conduct of processions and immersions across the commissionerate limits.

Cyberabad Commissioner of Police Avinash Mohanty said the success was the result of inter-departmental coordination and round-the-clock monitoring. Senior officers supervised ground-level bandobust arrangements and tracked processions in real time from the Public Safety Integrated Operations Centre (PSIOC) at Gachibowli.
