Imphal, Dec. 18 -- The Coordination Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI), an umbrella body of Manipur based bodies, on Thursday submitted a complaint to the state Director General of Police seeking immediate intervention over armed firing and bombing incidents reported at Torbung on December 16.
The organisation also flgged the alleged public justification of violence by Kuki-Zo Council leadership, recurring law-and-order failures, and widespread misinformation surrounding claims of an alleged "buffer zone".
