Kochi, Sept. 26 -- The Business Jet Terminal at Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL), India's first charter gateway and the country's largest private jet facility, has completed 2,000 services since its launch in December 2022.

Inaugurated by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, the terminal handled 242 services in 2022-23, 708 in 2023-24 and 714 in 2024-25, while 344 flights have already been operated during the current fiscal.

Services connect Gulf countries, London, Maldives, Hong Kong, Montenegro and major Indian cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Tirupati.

The terminal has hosted high-profile movements linked to the Kochi IPL auction, G-20 meetings, and the Kochi-Muziris Biennale.
