Hyderabad, March 26 -- In a solemn and prestigious ceremony at Secunderabad Cantonment, General Upendra Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) on Wednesday, conferred the Veterans Achievers Award upon four distinguished veterans in recognition of their outstanding contributions to society.
