New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- Union Minister of Coal and Mines G. Kishan Reddy today highlighted different digitalised and IT-enabled initiatives adopted by Coal Public Sector Understandings (PSUs), including Coal India Limited, Singareni Collieries Company Limited, and NLC India Limited.
The Minister informed the Rajya Sabha in a written reply about the apps named 'Khanan Prahari' and 'Coal Mines Surveillance and Management system (CMSMS)' web app for reporting the incidents of theft of coal and illegal mining of coal by citizens.
