New Delhi, May 19 -- State-run Coal India Ltd (CIL) will soon file draft red herring prospectuses (DRHPs) for the initial public offerings (IPOs) of two of its subsidiaries - Bharat Coking Coal Ltd (BCCL) and Central Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDI), a senior company official said on Monday. "We are going to file DRHP soon. We are working on that," Debasish Nanda, Director (Business Development) at Coal India Limited, told reporters here.
