New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- MSC ELSA3 ship which went down with 367 tonnes of furnace oil and 84 tonnes of low sulphur diesel in May this year, is leaking continuously with devastating consequences on marine life and regional fisheries, a new government backed scientific report has warned.

It has called for urgent containment and ecological restoration actions including immediate sealing of leaking fuel compartments.
