Ayodhya (UP), Oct. 4 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will review preparations for the Deepotsav festival in Ayodhya on October 8.

The district's in-charge minister and state Agriculture Minister, Surya Pratap Shahi, will be present with him. The district administration, the Ayodhya Tirtha Vikas Parishad, the Tourism Department, the Ayodhya Research Institute, and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University have jointly finalised preparations to make the Deepotsav a grand and divine event.

All the departments will present their preparations to the Chief Minister. The famous Deepotsav in Ayodhya will be celebrated on October 19. The Deepotsav begins three days prior at various locations in the district.
