Hassan, Dec. 6 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday questioned union Minister HD Kumaraswamy's silence over the sharp dip in Karnataka's GST revenues following the recent rate cuts announced by the Centre.

He said while the state was facing a significant financial setback, the union Minister from Karnataka had not raised concern in Parliament or before the union government.

Addressing media here, the Chief Minister said the reduction in GST rates midway through the financial year had caused considerable loss to several states, including Karnataka, Kerala, and Maharashtra.
