Hyderabad, Sept. 27 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday reviewed the flood situation in Hyderabad following the lifting of gates at the twin reservoirs-Osman Sagar and Himayat Sagar, which led to an increase in water flow into the Musi river.
The Chief Minister directed officials to take all necessary precautions in low-lying and flood-prone areas along Musi and to evacuate residents to safer locations. He instructed that proper arrangements be made for rehabilitation wherever required.
