Adilabad , Dec. 4 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Thursday announced that work on the long-pending Adilabad Airport will begin within a year, stating that the district will get an airport with full facilities on par with Warangal.

He said the project would help attract industries and unlock Adilabad's economic potential.

Addressing a massive public meeting after laying the foundation stone for development works worth Rs 260.45 crore, the Chief Minister said, "Not just a red bus. even an Airbus will come to Adilabad."The chief minister added that he would personally oversee the district's development.
