Hyderabad, Aug. 31 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Sunday accused former minister T Harish Rao of misleading the people of the state by presenting incomplete information on the Kaleshwaram project.

During the debate on the Kaleshwaram Commission Report in the Legislative Assembly, Revanth Reddy alleged that despite the union Government and hydrology experts confirming the availability of water in Pranahita-Chevella in 2009 and again in 2014, Harish Rao deliberately suppressed records.

"Once you win as an MLA and receive the certificate, will anyone ask you to check again? Why was there a need to repeatedly seek re-examination of water availability despite clear approvals?" he questioned.
