Shimla, Sept. 4 -- Grappling with unprecedented monsoon devastation, the Himachal Pradesh goverment has relaxed norms under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) to speed up the restoration of rural infrastructure and provide employment in disaster-hit regions.
