New Delhi, Oct. 26 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today convened an important meeting to discuss the issue of sealing of one of Delhi's most popular and oldest market, Chandni Chowk, with top officials and trader representatives.
The delegation of traders from the area was led by Chandni Chowk MP Praveen Khandelwal, who apprised the CM that the area concerned is a commercial zone, and claimed that it was due to the actions of a particular individual, an unfortunate situation has arisen in which certain shops have been sealed under the directions of the Supreme Court.
