New Delhi, Dec. 7 -- As Delhi chokes with toxic air, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday distributed electric heaters to the guards of various Resident Welfare Associations (RWA), which work in the chilly winter nights of the national capital.
The move was aimed at reducing the smoke and pollution caused by lighting open fires during winter, which the CM claimed is a major source of pollution in the capital during winter.
