Itanagar, April 7 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today felicitated and distributed appointment orders to 161 successful candidates of the Arunachal Pradesh Engineering Services Examination (APESE) 2026, conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.
