Chandigarh, July 11 -- Reaffirming his firm stance on public safety, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini chaired a high-level meeting on law and order late Thursday evening and issued strict directives to senior officials.

He emphasised that law and order must be maintained across the state, and any disruption should be addressed swiftly and firmly.

The Chief Minister stressed the importance of regular crime pattern tracking at every police station and called for prompt responses to any rise in criminal activity. He made it clear that accountability should be enforced not only at the district level but also at individual police stations.
