Ranchi, Oct. 17 -- Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and MLA Kalpana Soren inaugurated the three-day Diwali Mela organized by the Indian Police Service Officers Wives Association (IPSOWA) at JAIP-1 Ground, Doranda, Ranchi today.
Addressing the gathering, CM Soren lauded IPSOWA for its long-standing social work, highlighting the organization's efforts in supporting marginalized and underprivileged sections of society through various initiatives. He extended his greetings to all attendees and emphasized the collective responsibility to stand by every person in need.
