Mumbai, July 19 -- The monsoon session of the state legislature has offered the public nothing but disappointment. Crime has risen across the state, women are unsafe, and drug abuse is rampant, alleged Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee President Harshvardhan Sapkal here today.
