Bengaluru, Nov. 26 -- Karnataka BJP chief Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Wednesday questioned the autonomy and effectiveness of Congress leadership, suggesting that AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge is largely dependent on directives from the party's central leadership in Delhi.
