Shimla, Dec. 8 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was pinned up the flag on the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day here today by Director Sainik Welfare Department Brigadier Madan Sheel Sharma.
The Chief Minister also contributed towards the Armed Welfare Fund.
