Civil surgeon arrested on graft charge in Bihar
Sitamarhi, Nov. 9 -- Vigilance sleuths caught civil surgeon of Sitamarhi red handed when he was accepting bribe of Rs 50,000 today.
Sources at the vigilance bureau said that a trap was laid on the civil surgeon of Sitamarhi Dr Ravindra Kumar when a data operator Keshav Kumar posted at primary health centre at Runnisaidpur in the district lodged a complaint against him at the department. Dr Kumar was demanding bribe of Rs 60,000 from Mr Kumar for quashing his transfer order from Runnisaidpur to Bairgania primary health centre.
