Washington, Aug. 2 -- The city of Cincinnati in the US state of Ohio will deploy additional police forces to maintain order in the wake of a violent street brawl in which a Russian woman was reportedly injured, Mayor Aftab Pureval said.
A woman and a man were violently assaulted by a group of attackers in downtown Cincinnati, with the motives for the brawl still unknown.
The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that another victim, a Russian woman, was punched while trying to protect someone on the ground. The Russian woman has since returned to her home country, the report said.
