Srinagar, Nov. 13 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police's Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) wing is carrying out simultaneous raids at around 13 locations across the Valley in connection with the ongoing investigation into the Srinagar Jaish-e-Muhammad conspiracy and the recent Delhi bomb blast case, officials said.
