Srinagar, Dec. 18 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police's Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) on Thursday commenced a four-day orientation and capacity-building programme on cybersecurity and new criminal laws, aimed at enhancing investigative efficiency and ensuring legally robust probes.
Officers from various districts and specialised units of CIK participated in the programme.
Officials said the four days orientation course focuses on contemporary challenges posed by cybercrime, including cyberterrorism, online radicalisation, misuse of social media platforms, encrypted communications, digital financing of terror networks, and cross-border cyber threats.
