Kochi, Dec. 19 -- Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) on Friday handed over a gross dividend of Rs 79.82 crore to the government of Kerala for the financial year 2024-25.

The financial year 2024-25 marked a landmark achievement for CIAL, as the company recorded its highest-ever revenue and profit. During the period, CIAL posted a total revenue of Rs 1,142 crore and a net profit of Rs 489.84 crore.

The company's annual general meeting held on September 27, 2025, approved the Board of Directors' decision to distribute a 50 per cent dividend payout to investors.
