Patna, Jan. 29 -- Union Minister Chirag Paswan on Wednesday expressed his deep shock over deaths in stampede at Mahakumbh in Prayagraj.
Paswan told media persons it was very painful to note that several people lost
their lives in stampede at Mahakumbh. Uttar Pradesh government had made good arrangements for treatment of those who sustained injuries in the unfortunate incident, he added.
Union Minister said that his sympathies were with family members of those who lost their lives in the incident. He wished early recovery of injured persons in the incident.
As it is, more than 30 people were killed and 80 others were injured in stampede at Mahakumbh on Tuesday night.
