Madrid, Sept. 15 -- The Chinese and U.S. delegations reconvened on Monday for the second day of their talks on economic and trade issues.
On Sunday, the two teams conducted their first day of talks at the Santa Cruz Palace that houses the Spanish Foreign Ministry.
