Srinagar, April 8 -- The Army's Chinar YUVA Centre in Baramulla on Wednesday concluded a two-day Mega Job Fair 2026, bringing together hundreds of job seekers and leading employers under one roof.
The annual initiative aimed to bridge the gap between youth and industry by offering opportunities across diverse sectors, including IT, hospitality, automobile, insurance, retail, and allied fields, reinforcing efforts to boost employment and skill development in the region.
Srinagar based defence spokesman said that this year witnessed an encouraging response, with over 3,000 aspirants registered for job fair, a 60 per cent increase over the previous year.
