Hong Kong, Dec. 12 -- Sun Yingsha, Wang Manyu, Kuai Man and Chen Yi reached the women's singles semifinals to secure the title for China in advance at the World Table Tennis (WTT) Finals here on Friday.
Top-ranked Sun crushed Japan's Miyu Nagasaki 12-10, 11-6, 11-6, 11-1 to meet Kuai in the semifinals, who just defeated Japan's Satsuki Odo 11-6, 4-11, 9-11, 16-14, 11-4, 12-10.
"I didn't compete with her [Nagasaki] for many times in major events. She has her own style, andI tried to adjust myself to [Nagasaki] better form during the match," said Sun.
