Srinagar, June 20 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo has called for the immediate restoration of all government websites and web applications taken offline over security and audit non-compliance.
Stressing that extended shutdown cannot be justified even on security grounds, he instructed the IT Department to submit compliance reports from all departments every three days - specifically on Mondays and Thursdays.
