Kolkata, Oct. 28 -- West Bengal Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Manoj Kumar Agarwal will hold a crucial all-party meeting at his office in central Kolkata today to discuss the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls. The meeting comes a day after the Election Commission of India (ECI) formally announced the exercise.

This year, the CEO's office has introduced a two-tier monitoring and coordination system to ensure seamless implementation and communication during the revision process.
