Lucknow, Sept. 28 -- The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Uttar Pradesh has strongly contradicted a recent news article published regarding the November 2024 Assembly by - elections in Kundarki Assembly segment of Moradabad, calling the piece "factually incorrect" and "statistically misleading."Taking to social media platform X today, the CEO issued a detailed point-by-point rebuttal, citing official data to highlight discrepancies in the article's analysis.
The CEO pointed out that in the article, which attempts to correlate voter turnout in the November 2024 bye-elections with the BJP's booth-wise vote share from the April 2024 Lok Sabha elections, is factually flawed.
