Thiruvananthapuram, May 20 -- The office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Kerala, in collaboration with the Kerala IT Mission, has established a Centralized Call Centre (1950) to address queries and complaints related to the election process promptly and efficiently.
This initiative aims to facilitate transparent, inclusive, and technology-enabled elections.
Citizens can seek assistance through the Call Centre for voter registration, corrections to voter ID cards, polling booth information, and other election-related inquiries.
Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Ratan U Kelkar has said that from June 1, 2025, officials from the Election Department will visit the Call Centre daily to directly monitor its operations.
