Hyderabad, Dec. 18 -- The Chief Election Commissioner of India, Gyanesh Kumar, will visit Hyderabad on December 19, as part of his scheduled programme covering Hyderabad and Srisailam.

According to the itinerary, the Chief Election Commissioner will arrive at Hyderabad airport at 1200 hours. Later in the evening, he will proceed to Srisailam and is scheduled to reach the Bramarambha Guest House at 1830 hours.

On Saturday, December 20, Gyanesh Kumar will participate in the Maha Aarti and have darshan at the Sri Mallikarjuna Swami Temple in the early hours.

Officials said the Srisailam visit will be purely religious and devotional in nature, with no official or administrative engagements planned in Andhra Pradesh during this period.
