Unidentified rebels barged into their homes, brought them out and killed them. Police have rushed to the scenes of crime.

Over the past 25 days, 10 people have been slain on suspicion of being informers. Kursam's son Nandu surrendered recently. It is suspected that the insurgents came to target Nandu but he was not found.
