Raipur, Nov. 14 -- Chhattisgarh will observe the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda as Tribal Pride Day on November 15 with commemorative events scheduled across all districts.
The state government has directed district administrations to organise programmes reflecting the cultural, historical and social legacy of tribal communities, with Ministers, MPs and MLAs attending as chief guests. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address will be broadcast live at all venues through official channels, while the Chief Minister's message will be read out during the proceedings. Short films on flagship initiatives such as PM Janman, Aadi Karmayogi, and Dharti Aaba will also be screened.
