Raipur, June 5 -- Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka adopted two villages in Gariyaband district on Thursday, and directed that a roadmap be prepared for all-round development of the villages.
Earlier, Governor Deka had adopted only Madwadih, but now he has included Bijli gram panchayat as well.
Governor Deka visited Madwadih, which is a village under Bijli gram panchayat, on Thursday, and met with the villagers. He addressed a public gathering there and assured the villagers of comprehensive development.
