Raipur, Sept. 25 -- Chhattisgarh Finance Minister O.P. Choudhary today said that the recent Goods and Services Tax (GST) reforms will strengthen the economy, increase consumer confidence, and directly benefit households.
He was speaking during a market visit in Raipur, where he interacted with traders and consumers as part of a special state-wide campaign to ensure the benefits of GST rate cuts reach the public.
Accompanied by MLA Anuj Sharma, the minister emphasised that ensuring the impact of GST reforms is felt at the ground level is the state government's top priority.
