Raipur, May 5 -- Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai on Monday paid an unannounced visit to Karigao village in Sakti district as part of the third phase of 'Sushasan Tihaar'. He sat on a charpoy under a peepal tree and held a public meeting, interacting directly with the villagers.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister took stock of the implementation of government schemes and listened to the problems, demands, and grievances of the villagers.
He made several important announcements, including the beautification of Noni Maiya Dai temple, construction of a new gram panchayat building, and directed the patwari to ensure resolution of revenue cases in the village once a week.
