Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, July 1 -- A comprehensive financial literacy initiative mandated by the Union Finance Ministry's Department of Financial Services commenced across the district today, targeting enhanced economic empowerment for vulnerable communities. The quarterly campaign, operating through local bank branches until September 30, prioritises rural women, senior citizens and backward classes through Gram Panchayat-level outreach.
