Jammu, Sept. 21 -- The 43rd Holy Chhari Yatra of the Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu and Kashmir unit today departed from the historic Shri Raghunath Temple in the form of Shoba Yatra amidst "Jai Mata Di" chants.

The Chhari Yatra leaves for Katra every yearon the eve of Navratras.

The yatra passed through the main markets of Jammu, Kol Kandoli (first darshan) in Nagrota, and the Holy city of Katra, reaching the Mata Vaishno Devi temple.

On the first sacred Navratri, devotees will have the privilege of worshipping the Chhari and observing the Goddess with full rituals.
