Chennai, Oct. 28 -- Incessant rains, which has been lashing Chennai city sincemorning under the influence of Severe Cyclonic Storm Montha, washed out the secondday's action in the Chennai Open WTA Tennis championship, today.
Yesterday, the first day's matches too were washed out due to rains and the organiserssaid the main draw matches, would commence today.
But rains again played the spoilsport prompting shifting all the matches to tomorrow.
