Chennai, March 27 -- A Chennai City Civil Court has dismissed two petitions friled by OBC-Vanniyar dominated and Pattalli Makkal Katchi (PMK) Founder Dr S Ramadoss seeking to restrain his estranged son and Rajya Sabha MP-elect Dr Anbumani, heading the other faction, from using the party's popular "Mango" symbol in the April 23 Tamil Nadu Assembly polls.
The Anbumani faction has allied with the AIADMK-led NDA for the upcoming polls and was allotted 18 seats, besides a Rajya Sabha seat and he was duly elected from the Tamil Nadu Assembly.
